If you are not satisfied with our products and wish to make a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Service at sales@bali-paintings.com to reject your order within 2 days of the time you received your order. Your payment will also be refunded in full amount to you as soon as our product(s) is returned via a traceable courier (USPS express mail, or registered mail).

Cost of delivering the returned items will be the responsibility of the customer.

Sorry, we cannot provide a refund for paintings damaged by wrongful usage, improper handling.
